We’re only four days away from Walk ALS Wilmington 2025 — a morning of community, remembrance, and action in support of families living with ALS. Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of Walk Day.
NOTE: The Ironman race is also going on in Wilmington, and there may be road closures around Long Leaf Park. Attendees are encouraged to check local news for any road closures.

🕣 Event Schedule
8:30 a.m. – Registration begins.
9:40 a.m. – Opening Ceremony with emcee Daniella Hankey (WECT News) and remarks from Mary Grams, President & CEO of ALS United North Carolina.
We’ll also hear from special guest Stacey Barsa of Team Papa Tony.
10:00 a.m. – Ribbon Cutting & Walk Begins! Team Papa Tony leads the walkers down the course.
11:15 a.m. – Closing Ceremony & Awards for Best Dressed Pet, Best Team T-Shirt, Best Banner, as well as, top fundraising teams and Rookie Team of the Year.

- Wear your team shirt or something comfortable.
- Leashed pets are welcome
- Stop by the Kids Tent for a pumpkin and arts and crafts.
- Donations are welcome and help fund care, advocacy & research for ALS.
